Minty Prints hope you love your new purchase. Please let us know if you are unhappy, and we will happily refund your purchase. Your purchase can be returned directly to us, 4 Buchanans Lane, Warrnambool VIC 3280. 

Any return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s received are faulty or not what you ordered. In this case, postage will be incurred by Minty Prints. Please note we do not do exchanges, items can only be returned for a refund.
1. Item/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt
2. The goods must be in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact.
3. The Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
Please note that in the absence of any fault, we do not refund sale items.

We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty, we will also not refund any return postage charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty
What defines faulty?
1. Manufacturing faults
2. Goods have been wrongly described
3. Goods are different to the goods that you ordered; or
4. Have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.
Incorrect or faulty items received must be returned to the address above.


By placing an order with Minty Prints, you are responsible for original postage charges and the cost of return postage back to Minty Prints. This also applies to any postage packages that are refused by you at delivery. All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post and we can deliver to business and private addresses. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. You order will be dispatched within 48 hours from when it is placed. On delivery if no one is available to receive and sign for your order, then all orders will be taken to the local Post Office for collection. Once delivery has been made the responsibility of the parcel is completely liable to you the buyer. PLEASE LEAVE COMMENTS IN CHECKOUT IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIC DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS. We charge a flat rate of $9.90 for any regular postal delivery. Express Post delivery is charged at a flat rate of $13.50.


While Minty Prints makes every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the availability of stock sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and based on your preference, either cancel and refund just that item or the entire order.
